Cancellation of Licence

Application for Cancellation of Certificate of Registration and Hotel-Keeper’s Licence

Should the hotel decides to cease its hotel operation, either the Hotel-keeper, Company Director or authorized personnel will need to submit a cancellation application and arrange to return the Certificate of Registration and Hotel-keeper’s Licence to the Board for cancellation.

Submission of Application

1. Application for the cancellation of the Certificate of Registration and Hotel-keeper’s licence is to be submitted online through the LicenceOne Portal at https://licence1.business.gov.sg.

2. Please submit a cover letter with the date of cessation of the Hotel.

Approval Process

1. The application will be processed and you will be informed via SMS and/or e-mail if your application has been approved.

2. Please arrange to return the Certificate of Registration and Hotel-keeper’s Licence to the Board for cancellation.
